Bells Palsy – Day 5 – Create the Blog

Today is what I am counting as day 5 of having bells palsy and it is the day that I got the blog organised – which if you are reading this you have managed to find.

The idea of the blog is to keep track of my progress and then leave it online as a lasting record to help other people who are suffering from the condition, or know someone with the condition. My intention is to post a set of photos everyday that will serve as a record of the changes to my facial control over the time. My hope, and what I realise with bell’s plasy is not a guarantee, is that I will make a full and fast recovery of all my muscle control.

I work with my wife who is a qualified medical illustrator so I am lucky to have a wide range of medical reference books available to me and my wife has agreed to create some medical illustrations for the blog as we go forward to help with explanations of what causes of bells palsy and the symptoms of bell’s palsy. I am going to work on these over time so your suggestions are welcome.
